When predictive dialing, contactSPACE Red helps to ensure your team does not go above a 3% abandonment rate. The solution also gives you the ability to allow customers to easily opt-out if a silent call is made, in compliance with the TCPA.
If a customer opts out, you can easily add their number to an internal do-not-call list, or flag their entire record as do-not-call, ensuring you don’t reach out to this contact again. You can choose to set an expiry on DNC list inclusion, in cases where you want to avoid contacting a customer for a specific length of time.
With contactSPACE Red, you can also define intelligent calling logic based on the level of consent you have to contact a given phone number or customer. For example, some records you might like to dial predictively, while other numbers you may need to use click to call or preview dialing modes to maintain compliance.
